Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment, provided the shipment is in its original condition and includes the size tag.
For returns, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs, which are capped at 200 EGP, even during free shipping periods. Orders submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
Any damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each shipment is eligible for only one return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred when processing a return or exchange. For a combined return and exchange order, the customer must specify this, and combined orders will only be accepted if the shipment contains more than one item. For returns or exchanges made during the free shipping period, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Refunds are processed only through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days of the item being returned and inspected in its original condition. If the order is rejected during inspection by the delivery representative, a fee of 200 EGP will be charged to the customer for both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product than what you ordered, we offer a free replacement within 3 days of receipt, with no additional shipping charges.
